When using Shaparency, you can personalize your account as much as you like. One great way of doing this is by creating your own folders to store your documents accordingly. If you want to organize your storage space by creating a folder on Shaparency, you must:

  1. Select the document section on the left
  2. Select either personal, company, smart sign or meeting folders
  3. Create a folder and give it a name
  4. If you wish to move the folder to another category, select the vertical ellipsis and click move.
